If material is being added which is thought of as inappropriate or Kaddyshack feels that will cause harm or offended other business. Then the said club will be removed and all access codes will be terminated with immediate effect.

Kaddyshack holds the right to refuse any business or club. Who it feels, is not acting in the best interest of the site or other clients.

Kaddyshack will not use the clubs information for any other purpose, promotions or advertising campaigns. But the club will also except that all materials added to its site becomes the property of kaddyshack Golf.

Content Kaddyshack Golf or any of its staff, will not be held responsible or liable for any wording, prices, or other materials that are used in the advertising of any business, that is wrong, mis-printed or construed as mis-leading.
